Delivery Policy
Delivery terms vary based on product availability and customer preferences. For items in stock, shipping occurs within 5 working days from order confirmation.
Custom-made products require additional processing time, with delivery in 10-12 working days.
Shipping costs are as follows:
- Free for orders exceeding 500 RON
- 15 RON (including VAT) for orders valued between 0 and 499 RON.
Local and national delivery is facilitated through Fan Courier or Urgent Courier, applicable to over 5000 locations in Romania. If the delivery address falls outside their coverage, we utilize the courier services provided by Romanian Post to maintain reasonable costs.
International deliveries within Europe incur a fixed cost of 70 lei for Zone International 1, with advance card payment only accepted.
This zone covers countries such as Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.
Additional customs duties may apply based on the recipient country’s regulations, independent of our product prices. Courier services operate independently, and we’re not liable for delays after the package leaves our premises. In case of recipient unavailability, the courier will attempt phone contact. Customer acceptance of delivered products confirms their satisfactory condition.
yocu.ro reserves the right to delay or cancel orders due to uncontrollable factors such as fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, terrorism, protests, civil unrest, or other force majeure events according to Romanian law.

Return Policy
Our return policy adheres to the regulations set forth in Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, which safeguards consumer rights in transactions with professionals. You have the option to inform us in writing, without the need for justification, that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, except in cases where it has been customized, such as alterations in size or color.
Items purchased through our website, which have not been customized, can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The returned product must be properly packaged and free of signs of use.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, who has the choice of selecting the courier company.
We do not accept returns via Romanian Post unless they were originally shipped through this service.
Cash on delivery payments for returns are not accepted; refunds will only be issued to the bank account provided by the customer via email at contact@yocu.ro
Repeated return requests from the same customer may be considered abusive.
Customized products cannot be returned as it is made according to the customer’s specifications. However, we undertake to correct any discrepancies.
We strive for a pleasant and transparent relationship with all our customers, therefore we advise you to contact us immediately if you are not satisfied with the received product.
For incorrect indications:
- If the error is on the customer’s part, we reserve the right to charge for modifications.
- If the error is on our part, we will bear the costs of the modifications.
For differences in leather color used:
- If the error is on our part, we undertake to replace the product or refund its value.
Custom-made products cannot be returned in accordance with Law No. 34/2014.
All requests for returns must be submitted in writing to the email address contact@yocu.ro. After receiving written approval from our representative at this address, the items will be sent back using a courier service, and either replaced or refunded.
Should the items delivered not match your order, kindly contact us immediately so we can arrange for the correct items to be sent.
Refunds for returned products will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receiving the returned item.
Please note that courier service fees (delivery within Bucharest or other locations) will not be reimbursed.
However, products cannot be returned or replaced under the following circumstances:
a. If they are not in their original intact packaging, with the label undamaged. The original packaging cannot be used for the return shipment and must not be altered in any way, including writing, labeling, or affixing anything to it;
b. If they display signs of use, wear, or washing;
c. If they are missing any accessories;
d. If they have been damaged or lost during transit;
e. If they do not include the necessary documentation proving the purchase from our website;
f. If they have been made according to the consumer’s specifications or are distinctly personalized products.
Warranty and Complaints Policy
All products purchased from this website come with a 30-day warranty period starting from the date of receipt. The fiscal invoice issued and sent via email or included in the package serves as the warranty documents.
The warranty is valid only for products purchased exclusively from yocu.ro and used according to their intended purpose, accompanied by the corresponding fiscal invoice.
